Catastrophic Events III (special)

Mexico collapses

Mexico is a time bomb waiting to go off.

There is massive poverty, corruption at every level, drug wars, kidnappings, and too many people.

Where do you think is the number one place for kidnappings? If you guessed Mexico, you are right. How about the number two spot? If you said Columbia or the Middle East you are wrong. Number two spot is right across the Mexican border in Phoenix, Arizona. You need to see the movie "Man on Fire" it does a good job showing how f***** up the situation is for kidnappings in Mexico. I have in-laws that have been kidnapped.

Corruption? Everyone, I repeat everyone is on the take. 47 mayors have been killed in the last eight years for not playing along.

Drug warfare. I don't need to re-cap anything for this. Everyone has seen the stories of the drug cartels vs the government.

Homeland Security Director, Steve McCraw, is concerned about a collapse of Mexico.

Imagine an escalating situation, the beginnings of a civil war, the cartels vs the crooked government vs factions of dissatisfied citizens vs foreign interests with their fingers in.

There would be massive fear. The Mexicans would not be jumping the border for a job but for their lives.

Mexico has 120 million people, imagine only fifteen million of them flooding across the border.

Imagine the cartels massively expanding their violence across the border.

This is the stuff that makes FEMA have wet dreams.

Mega Drought/Famine

This is one of the least acknowledged problems. Many of you have probably seen the side by side comparisons of California and surrounding areas for this year and last year. (snow fall)

The population of just California is more than 40 million. We'll get back to that number shortly.

17% of our food comes from California.

The almond farmers are cutting down almond trees because they do not have enough water for them. 70% of the worlds almonds come from California.

Here's a little snippet: February 21, 2014, the Federal government just announced that the water is “not there” and water rights to Central Valley farmers are being cut by a minimum of 60%. Some farms will be told there is no water coming.

And another: LAS VEGAS -- The drought gripping the West could be the biggest in 500 years, with effects in the Colorado River basin considerably worse than during the Dust Bowl years, scientists at the U.S. Geological Survey said Thursday.

And another: "...tens of thousands of people could turn on their water faucets and nothing would come out.” from Tim Quinn, the executive director of the Association of California Water Agencies.

Peaches? Nice juicy peaches? 84% of our peaches come from California. Strawberries? 88% Here's a list

B. Lynn Ingram, a paleoclimatologist, interviewed by National Geographic, says "the current drought in the state of California could potentially last for 200 years or more as some mega-droughts in the region have done in the past…"

We have heard repeatedly that we have had near perfect weather for the last hundred years. Typically California was an arid place.

Between 900 and 1400 A.D. California had several droughts that were more than 100 years EACH!

Let's pretend that all of us are so special. Let's pretend that Obama and Gore have a perfect plan to save us all (without enriching themselves? :) or not!

Maybe it won't be a 200 year drought. Maybe it will only be a 20 year drought. Where....WHERE? do you think that the 40,000,000 legal residents of just California are going to go? What about the surrounding states? Where will they migrate to?

Remember when a few Johnny Come Latelys jumped on the Guns and Ammo band wagon? What did that do to prices and availability?

What will a mega drought do to the price and availability of cheap emergency food?

They are practically giving away corn, wheat and rice at todays prices.

Take advantage of it.

  2. I seem to remember that our military in past time has made allusion several times to weather control. Remember the cloud seeding thing? Why cant they pick up some of the moisture/fog benefits of the Pacific and try it out? Makes one wonder if the atmospheric spraying of the past 20 years or so was for population control?
